1. Who we are

DS.Med LLC ("DS.Med", "we") is a Russian manufacturer of medical equipment, registered at 3B Ryazansky Prospekt, office 326, Moscow 109052, Russia. DS.Med acts as the data controller (operator) for personal data collected through the website ds-med.info (the "Site"). For any privacy matter, contact us at info@ds-med.info.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all information collected on the Site. It does not cover third-party websites you may reach via links on the Site; we do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. By using the Site you accept the terms of this Policy; if you disagree, please stop using the Site.

3. Personal data we collect

Data you provide when filling in forms, writing by email or messaging us: full name, phone number, email address, company name, delivery address, and the content of your enquiry.

Data collected automatically when you browse the Site: IP address, cookie data, browser type and version, device type and screen resolution, operating system, date, time and pages visited, and the site or channel that referred you. This technical data is used in aggregate form for site operation and analytics.

4. Why we process your data

• to respond to your enquiries and prepare commercial quotations;
• to conclude and perform supply, delivery and service contracts;
• to provide customer and technical support;
• to send product updates, offers and newsletters — only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time;

5. Legal bases

We process personal data on the following bases: your consent; the performance of a contract with you or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site. Processing is carried out in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"; for visitors from other jurisdictions we apply the same core principles as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — lawfulness, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality.

6. Who we share data with

We never sell personal data. We may share it only: with courier services, postal operators and telecom providers strictly to fulfil your order or deliver equipment; with state authorities where required by applicable law; and with contractors processing data on our documented instructions under confidentiality obligations.

7. International transfers and storage

Personal data of Russian citizens is recorded and stored in databases located in the Russian Federation, as required by law. Where data is transferred across borders (for example, when you contact us from another country), we apply appropriate safeguards and transfer only the data necessary for the stated purposes.

8. Retention

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law. Data processed on the basis of consent is retained for up to 36 months from the date consent was given, or until you withdraw it — whichever comes first. When retention ends, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

9. Your rights

• Access — obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of your data;
• Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• Erasure — have data deleted when it is no longer needed or was processed unlawfully;
• Restriction and objection — limit or object to processing, including for direct marketing;
• Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing;
• Complaint — lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.

10. Cookies
